The Royal Blade Company Inc. is Proud to Announce a New, Technically Advanced Reciprocating Saw Blade for Commercial and Home Use

By admin On May 25, 2011 No Comments

(PRWEB) September 8, 2004

Today the Royal Blade Company announces a unique, new technical advancement in reciprocating saw blades. The design is so good that it is the first reciprocating saw blade in the world to have a patent pending.

The Royal blade will reduce or eliminate chipping damage to drywall, plaster, etc., which will make the electricians of America very happy and makes splintering of hardwood floors a thing of the past for the floor installers. Plumbers will like this blade when they install floor furnaces or where they must have quick clean cuts.

Traditional blades require a pre-drilled pilot hole to start cutting. The Royal blade starts cutting cleanly with no pre-drilling needed which saves the professional installer time and money. This innovative design also allows the user to cut in areas that are difficult or impossible with standard blades. For example, cutting hardwood flooring next

Table Saw Mobile Base

By admin On January 21, 2011 4 Comments

I haven’t heard to best of things about the factory made mobile bases which can start around . Plus they all keep two wheels on the ground permanently. The very respectable genius engineer, Matthias Wandel and his mobile base design uses ball bearings to roll on a track which pull the table saw up after pulling on a lever. There were two downsides for me to use his design. The first is that for the four bearings alone,

Triton 2000 table saw wood working

By admin On December 24, 2010 25 Comments

Here is a quick video of a basic sliding table I knocked up for the Triton 2000 Workcentre. Its different to a normal sled which spans both sides of the blade. This one is designed to work much like a large industrial Panel saw sliding table, ie you always work at one side of the blade. All this setup consists of is basically 1 piece of 6mm MDF which is screwed to the table. 2 more pieces of 6mm are fixed to the bottom of the sled itself which then hugs the piece on the table and travels along it. From memory, I could get around 600mm of cross cut length and it was very accurate….enjoy
